General ticket sale starts on Tuesday, 30.9.2025 at 10:00! Prices are the same in both the pre-sale and the general sale.
This year, our ticket sales platform is provided by matkapojat.
The booking site uses a queueing service, meaning that each buyer receives a queue number upon entering the site.
NOTE! DO NOT REFRESH THE PAGE WHILE IN THE QUEUE, otherwise you will be moved to the end of the line!
The cabin is only reserved once you press “Pay,” and if the payment transaction fails, Matkapojat’s technical support can assist you.
As in previous years, the pricing for the ASTin-cruise has been kept as student-friendly as possible, despite the continuous, and unfortunate rise in costs.
Cabin prices include not only the cabin but also tickets to the event, a sea breakfast, and a mandatory fuel surcharge. Breakfast can also be upgraded to brunch or dinner-buffet if desired. Meal prices are cheaper when purchased in advance than on the ship. As in previous years, bringing your own food on the cruise is not allowed.
Participants will also receive overall patches and hand programs as souvenirs.
Tickets for the sitsit will be sold separately on Kide.app later.
Reservation Modification
Cabins are sold only as complete units during the pre-sale tour.
If your friends’ names are still uncertain or your cabin companions will be confirmed later, you can still modify your reservation afterward through the Matkapojat sales team.
For other passengers, First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth are sufficient information. You must fill in something in those fields. However, it is recommended to fill in the information as accurately as possible at once to avoid unnecessary confusion.

Call rates: From a landline 8.35 cents/call + 3.2 cents/min, from a mobile phone 19.2 cents/min, and international calls are charged according to the foreign operator’s rates. Prices include VAT at 25.5%.
Change fees when a passenger modifies a booking:
Due to the special nature of the cruise, the following exceptional change conditions apply (YME section 7): The departure date and destination of the trip cannot be changed. A passenger’s name can be changed for a name change fee of €30. Upgrading to a higher cabin category is subject to an additional charge according to the price list. If the cabin category is changed to a lower one, the price difference will be refunded as onboard credit. Booking changes can be made only once; multiple changes will be considered a cancellation and a new booking.
Note: In the case of a partial cancellation of a cabin, the price of the remaining passengers’ trip in the same cabin will increase.
